How to order

1. Go to the order form.
2. Fill out order form on computer.
3. Print the form.
4. Place form and payment (check or money order for total amount) in envelope.
5. Send to address on top of form.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Worms are shipped Priority Mail on Mondays and Tuesdays only.

Red Worms

Our red worms (Eisenia fetida) are sold either as "bed-run", which includes adults, juveniles, babies, and cocoons, or as bait. Bait worms are mature worms up to three inches in length, and include around 1000 in every pound. "Bed-run" worms are excellent for starting a home composting system. A pound of "bed-run" worms will include more worms than a pound of bait worms (due to smaller sizes).

There is no difference in cost between "bed-run" and bait worms.

Worm castings

We sift our castings through 1/8" screens, before packaging them in 3 gallon breathable bags. They are also available in larger amounts to local customers. For information on using castings, click here -->

Worm Tea Bags

A Dort Worm Farm exclusive, the worm tea bag allows you to brew your own worm tea at home. Every one of our worm tea bags has one cup of casting inside of it. One bag will make one gallon of tea.
